Since June 2000, Zahir has cultivated a diverse career spanning education, media, consulting, and creative services. He began as a Project Leader at UMM-BT Media, overseeing instructional media development, before moving into roles as an Instructional Designer with Educational Trend and Open University Malaysia. These early experiences sharpened his expertise in e-learning and curriculum design.
At METEOR Research & Consultancy, he advanced to Senior Executive Instructional Designer, contributing to major projects and securing a landmark USD 47 million contract for the National E-Learning Centre in Riyadh. This achievement highlighted his ability to align visionary concepts with client needs and funding opportunities.
Transitioning to leadership, Zahir served as Chief Operations Officer at Designel Media, where he managed operations and project execution. In 2007, he founded Neusoftpro Creative Services, where as CEO he has since specialized in crafting high-impact grant and business proposals across sectors, including innovation, technology, and entrepreneurship. His portfolio includes successful bids for Cradle, MDEC, and MTDC, as well as tailored proposals for startups.

He also loves flying his drone; for clients, it’s about perspective, while personally, he enjoys FPV flights that feel like soaring through the skies.
