Career and Leadership

Mohd Nazri Mohd Yusof is an accomplished professional in business administration, project management, and engineering systems with extensive experience across government agencies, government-linked companies (GLCs), and multinational corporations. His career spans roles in IT infrastructure management, product lifecycle management (PLM), enterprise systems, and digital transformation, delivering high-value projects for organizations such as PETRONAS, PERODUA, and the Malaysia Automotive Institute (MAI).

Nazri’s career began at PETRONAS as an engineer in the Technology Resource Management Department (1997), before moving into design engineering roles at Compera-Edag and later as CAD/CAM Engineer at UTM’s Business & Advanced Technology Centre. He joined PERODUA Manufacturing R&D Division, where he eventually led the Engineering Systems Section. His corporate journey further expanded through senior positions at Feiran Solutions and Schinkels Technik, where he managed enterprise-wide IT and PLM projects.

He has successfully managed multimillion ringgit projects, including the End-to-End Performance Monitoring Infrastructure for PETRONAS ICT (RM18M), Managed PLM Services for MAI (RM10M), and the Business Service Management Solution for PERODUA.

Academic Background

Nazri holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (Hons.) from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), graduating in 1996. He has continuously invested in professional development through specialized training with global organizations including Dassault Systèmes, Toyota Caelum Inc. (Japan), Hewlett-Packard, Microsoft, and Sirim. His certifications and courses cover a wide spectrum such as UNIX systems, CAD/CAE applications, project management, ISO 9001:2000 implementation, rapid prototyping, and advanced surface modeling.
