Maritime professionals required support to complete their assignment-based MBA programs, particularly in supervision and academic guidance.
Youths from underprivileged B40 families needed access to training and sustainable job placements, especially in the healthcare sector.

We support TGCC PLT by offering academic supervision and structured guidance for maritime professionals, enabling them to successfully complete assignment-based MBAs with UK public universities.
We also collaborate with TGCC PLT’s foundation to deliver training grants and job placement programs that prepare B40 youths for careers in healthcare.
The impact has been tangible: five mature maritime professionals have already graduated with MBAs, while more than 30 unemployed youths have been trained and placed into meaningful roles in the healthcare industry.
